Who we are
Master Entry (“we”, “us”) provides a private ticket concierge service from the United Kingdom via masterentry.co.uk. For privacy questions, contact hello@masterentry.co.uk.
What we collect
This website does not operate an account system or online checkout. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under WhatsApp’s own terms. We may keep the event, date, guest numbers, and contact details you send so we can fulfil your enquiry.
If you use the site search or browse listings, our hosting provider may process standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract and, where needed, for our legitimate interests in providing a discreet concierge service. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and rights
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to complete the request and meet record-keeping duties. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction, and you may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Client notes
If we publish a short client note on the homepage, we only show a first name and the event, and only where the desk has the client’s consent. Unpublished AI drafts stay in the private admin area and are not shown as public reviews.
International transfers
WhatsApp and some hosting infrastructure may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s appropriate safeguards.
